Eve is the daughter of Trevor Eve (actor) and Sharon Maughan, a writer. Jack and George are her brothers. They were raised in their home in the United Kingdom as well as Los Angeles. Her education was at Bedales School then Westminster School London to complete their A Levels. After a gap year, she attended the Beverly Hills Playhouse before studying English at St Catherine's College Oxford. In Oxford Eve was a part of numerous student productions like An Ideal Husband Animal Crackers which played the Edinburgh Fringe Festival Scenes from an Execution as well as The Colour of Justice. Eve was a part of television dramas including the The BBC's The Rotters Club Poirot and Hawking and the movie Stage Beauty (2004). Eve had a prominent role in two films from the year 2006, Starter for 10 & Big Nothing. Both she and her co-star Simon Pegg used American accents. Eve appeared on stage in Rock n Roll a Tom Stoppard new production that was staged on stage at the Royal Court Theatre, and then reprised that character in the same play on Broadway in 2007.
